01 Shipping Cost

The shipping cost for orders begins at $40, but please note that certain countries, such as South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Israel, etc., may have higher shipping costs exceeding $40.

The basic freight for packages weighing ≤0.5kg or having a corresponding volume depends on the time zone and country.

Please be aware that the shipping cost mentioned above does not include any taxes, insurance, handling fees, duties (including tariffs), or similar charges. You are solely responsible for paying these additional charges, and the actual shipping cost may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

02 Shipping Method

KK WISDOM LIMITED ships component orders from China to most countries worldwide. Currently, we offer delivery services through FedEx, DHL, and TNT, in that order of preference.

Please note that, at present, only FedEx logistics channel is available in select European countries, namely Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Spain. DHL is available only for orders exceeding 5KG in weight.

UPS/FedEx International/TNT/DHL Express Account:

Customers have the option to use their own UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL express accounts for shipping their goods. Simply select 'Use my own shipping account' and provide the necessary information in the shipping address and method fields.

DHL E-commerce vs. DHL Express:

Both DHL E-commerce and DHL Express are services offered by DHL but cater to different business needs.

The key difference lies in the transport rate:

DHL E-commerce: This service is slower, similar to airmail. Once the parcel reaches the destination country, the local post office will handle the final transportation.

DHL Express: This service is faster and offers expedited delivery.

03 Delivery Time

For in-stock parts, orders are typically prepared for shipping within 4 hours.

KK WISDOM LIMITED processes and ships orders once a day, except on Sundays, at approximately 5 pm.

Once the goods are shipped, the estimated delivery time will vary based on the shipping method you have selected:

FedEx International: Expected delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

DHL Express: Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

Please note that the table provided above is for reference purposes only. It is important to be aware that there may be a logistics time delay of approximately 15-20 days for orders from the recently filled warehouse.

01 Refund

Refunds are typically accepted within 30 days from the date of parcel delivery.

If you encounter any issues with your received parcels, including but not limited to the following reasons, please contact our support team immediately:

02 Non-Delivery of Parcel

We guarantee a refund or resend your order if you have not received the parcel beyond the expected shipping days, except in cases where the customer is responsible for the unsuccessful delivery due to reasons such as providing an incorrect shipping address or inability to complete customs clearance.

Please note that in situations involving extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, etc., we cannot guarantee on-time delivery, but we will make every effort to support you.

03 Missing Items in Shipment

First, ensure that you have received all the boxes associated with your order. Fully empty each box and check for small parts caught in crevices or packing material. If you are still unable to find your item, please immediately email our customer service, providing a description of the missing quantities and pictures of the entire parcel. We will forward this information to our warehouse to check the monitoring and packing records.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Send an email to our support team for authorization.

2. We will verify and investigate the reported issues.

3. We will provide solutions to each customer's case on an individual basis.

04 Returns

By returning products to KK WISDOM LIMITED, the customer certifies that the products were purchased from KK WISDOM LIMITED and have not been substituted, in whole or in part, with the same product from another supplier, distributor, or any other source. Returns should be made in the original packaging and in unused condition, except in cases of defect. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.

General Rules:

1. Returns are generally accepted within 365 days from the date of parcel delivery.

2. When a customer requests a return due to non-original/fake/quality problems, a valid quality report from a third-party authoritative organization recognized by our company is required for the return and exchange.

3. Any charges from customs and other fees should be paid by customers if the return reason is attributable to the customer, such as mistakenly buying parts, etc.

4. Return freight charges must be prepaid, as we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
